Pit 8: Level 3

Completed on July 21, 2012 by Fred Morrison , Odess and David Brinkman. Level 3 only produced charcoal pieces but the rain did stop. The only obvious Granby item found in pit 8 was the nail head in level 2. For the first time, we did not find a single pottery item in a pit. Once again, it seems like we need to move closer to Riverland Drive. Pit 8 was as far away as we could go.
